The First Deputy Managing Director of the IMF, David Lipton, will give an exclusive off-record talk to accredited journalist members of the Shanghai Foreign Correspondents Club in advance of the G20 talks in Shanghai. Booking in advance is essential as space is quite limited per IMF requirements; please only send one member from your news organization, and ensure that person’s SFCC membership is current. There will be a short opening talk followed by a Q&A.
Again, Mr Lipton’s comments are completely off-the-record and for deep background only; any violation of this will lead to censure by the club.
