The upcoming party plenum set on open on Nov. 9 is expected to highlight economic and financial reforms needed to steer China toward its next round of growth. What will those reforms likely entail? What are the prospects and obstacles for success? How is the plenum organized? These and other plenum-related subjects will be explored by CEIBS economics and finance expert Gary Liu.

Dr. Gary Liu is the deputy director of the CEIBS Lujiazui Institute of International Finance. Prior to joining CEIBS, he served at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
