|The Shanghai FCC is part of an international network of professional press organizations. A valid Shanghai FCC membership card allows the holder access to the events and facilities of reciprocal clubs worldwide. While the Shanghai FCC does not yet have a clubhouse, guests from reciprocal clubs are welcome to attend SFCC events at member prices and access our network of members and information resources. Reciprocal club members who visit Shanghai regularly and wish to join the SFCC enjoy discounted membership dues.
Foreign Correspondents Club of Hong Kong
The 54-year-old FCCHK is Asia’s premier meeting place for the media, business and diplomatic community, with exclusive, first class facilities, including a well equipped Health Club and the FCC/IBM Media Room, with its state of the art computer and communications technology. Then of course there are the bars: the Main Bar, with its old world ambience is one of Hong Kong’s most popular meeting places and by common consent one of the great watering holes of the world, and Bert’s, the club’s new cellar jazz bar is one of the town’s trendiest venues for cocktails, tapas and sizzling live music. Card-carrying SFCC members can access the bars, the restaurant, the media room and the health club, and attend events of interest. Chits can be purchased at the bar or, for repeat visits, take a passport photo to get a temporary card at the front desk. A fee is required for access to some facilities.

Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand
The Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand is one of Bangkok’s most prestigious addresses for press conferences, Social gatherings, Live Jazz and Product launches. The Club is outfitted with all the latest techno-gizmos, from wireless microphone to remote control television cameras, and offers a stimulating line-up of events. Shanghai FCC members can enjoy entry to The Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand’s clubhouse and members’ rates for events, as well as food and beverage rates. Entries are capped at four per calendar year, with a one week validity per visit. A letter of introduction from the SFCC and a membership card is required.

Taipei Foreign Correspondents Club
The Taipei Foreign Correspondents Club is an association of journalists working for the international media in Taiwan. The club is also open to associate members whose work or interests are related to those of the foreign journalist community. Professional and social activities include the club’s monthly VIP Briefing and Executive Tea events as well as our Happy Hour, in which club members gather for friendly conversation at various Taipei pubs and restaurants, usually on the first Thursday of each month.

Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan
The FCCJ boasts superior professional and social facilities for our journalist and associate members. Located at the hub of Tokyo’s political and commercial centers, the club’s penthouse rooms command stunning, panoramic views of Tokyo Bay, Ginza and the Imperial Palace.

The Frontline Club, London
The Frontline is a Members Club that exists to provide a friendly venue for print, radio and television journalists, and those in related industries, as well as to support all those who risk their lives in the pursuit of journalism. Members include cameramen, filmmakers, producers, directors, artists, photographers and writers. The Club is housed in four-storey building in Paddington and consists of a Restaurant, Club Room, Forum and Bedrooms. The entire building also has Wireless Internet access. The Club Room, which contains a library, provides Members with dining and bar facilities from 10a.m., Monday to Saturday. The Forum hosts a variety of regular events, including news related seminars and discussions, film screenings, book-launches and photo exhibitions. The Forum is also available for hire at very competitive rates. Events to date have included lunches, drinks, buffets and fully catered dinner parties.
