About the Speaker:
Matthew Crabbe is research director, Asia-Pacific, for the global market research firm Mintel. He has two decades of experience in Chinese consumer research. Crabbe is the co-author with Paul French of two books: “Fat China: How Expanding Waistlines Are Changing a Nation” (2010) and “Accessing Asia’s Consuming Passions After the Meltdown” (1998). Crabbe is a graduate of the University of Leeds, where he studied Chinese language, society and history.
