Scott Kronick has recently published The Lighter Side of China, a book based on a series of columns that ran on “thebeijinger.com” throughout 2012. The work chronicles everyday entertaining life in China; Scott will cover topics such as mixed marriages and copycat brands in a Q&A that is informed not only by a nearly two-decade stint living in China but also his longtime work in the public relations sector.

About the speaker:
Scott Kronick has lived in Beijing, China for nearly two decades, following a four-year stint in Taipei, Taiwan. He is currently CEO of Ogilvy Public Relations, Asia Pacific, leading a network of 23 offices throughout the region from a base in Beijing where he founded the firm’s China operations in 1995.
