CLSA’s premier China economist Andy Rothman will give his take on what’s in store for the Chinese economy in the second half of the year. Rothman, a former American diplomat, joined CLSA in 2000 after 17 years with the U.S. Foreign Service. During which time he served as director of the Macroeconomic and Domestic Policy Office of the US Embassy in Beijing.Under the Sinology label, he writes analysis of economic and political trends on the mainland, as well as assessments of China’s impact on regional economies.
